Yes there has to be structure, yet it's not like the old earth ways. Yes there has to be a solid foundation, an infrastructure and all new systems. It's WE that create, build, accomplish... through our every day lives, through our beauty, through our innovation, through sharing our ideas, visions and rolling our sleeves up and getting in there, if need be. We don't shy away from the huge projects and jobs. We don't put stuff on on others and wait until "someone else does it first". We take the initiative, uplift, inspire and receive immense JOY through our contributions, through maintaining energetic balance, building momentum and birthing all new at ridiculous rates too! ♥

There are no hierarchies in Unity Consciousness. There's partnership, team work and coming together to accomplish all through openness, caring, consideration, deep sacred respect and without the egoic distortions of "before".
